I've been left at the drive-thru twice as they asked me to pull forward and then forgot my order until I walked in and asked them where it was. I've heard this exact same experience from others in my neighborhood. The last time I was there my biscuit had mold on it. Rather than deal with the incompetent staff there, I decided to lodge a complaint online. I've never heard back.November 04, 2016
